Ref. customer feed back form (Magnamax given as present)
I am sorry that I have lost my customer feed back form, my Dad has said I should have looked after it better. I am 16 years of age so you can probably forgive me!
I have epilepsy with gross and fine motor co-ordination problems; I am currently not on medication.
I have in the past suffered from bad headaches when I concentrate hard.
The Magnamax my dad bought for me is really great it helps me with my fine and motor co-ordination and my head is so much better. I think it helps my eyestrain and my muscle spasms.
I currently have a H&L black s/m band and would like to request another be sent out to me, I enclose a stamp address envelope. Thank you for developing this product that has helped me coop with my medical problems better.

First of all may I take the opportunity of thank you belatedly for the sample of the "Magna Max". I am truly sorry that I did not write and thank you before now. Unfortunately the rush up to Christmas after the exhibition prevented me from responding correctly.
I have however some very positive news for you. David, my son, has worn the Magna Max on his wrist since it arrived and after several days of trying different set ups settled on a configuration that "felt right". The interesting thing incidentally was David's first reaction when he put the Magna Max on. Within two minutes he asked if it was supposed to tingle!! I don't know what this means but what it did seem to do was give him immediate confidence that the product was working.
Just to give you the background to his injury. David was an excellent rugby player (1st team) who, two years ago, slipped whilst playing baseball in a sports hall and twisted his knee. After two endoscopy operations and two years of every type of treatment going from "Physio to Needles", he was still having problems, and has not played rugby since the injury. In fact he has not been able to run or undertake any sport during this period. As concerned parents we have explored every possible avenue for him and taken him to some of the countries leading knee specialists. All of whom, in the end, lost interest because they were convinced there was nothing wrong with him, even though he was in so much pain that he was regularly reduced to tears.
Well the good news is there has been a definite improvement, David is walking with confidence, has even started to go to the golf driving range and the pain is gradually subsiding. He wears the MagnaMax religiously and on the odd day he has to take it off very quickly feels the pain return. One therefore has to assume that one way or another the MagnaMax is working.
With regard to Australia, I would strongly recommend that you send a sample of the MagnaMax to one of my business associates out there, John Whalan. I will e-mail you his details separately for you to follow up. I am sure that John would be able to help. With regard to Hegsorb, I know Richard and his product and have already trailed the product.
Incidentally we also have a number of very strong contacts in Spain amongst the UK retired community out there, and would like to send a number of your leaflets and perhaps a further sample to them as I believe there would be a very strong sales opportunity out there. To this effect can you send me trade prices and terms.
